The candidate should be tech savy and open to implementing new processes to streamline record keeping and fire sprinkler inspections. This person would work closely with others in the department to ensure that system deficiencies are being estimated and sent back to the customer in a timely matter.

The ideal candidate should have exceptional leadership and communication skills. The individual will be responsible for maintaining and leading a group of designers, overseeing the design of multiple projects at any given time. An exceptional understanding of current NFPA 13, 14, 20, and related codes is a must.
The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a solid working knowledge of water-based fire sprinkler systems and their functions. This person would be responsible for laying out and doing project take-offs to get accurate bids to customer.
