    Service and Inspections Manager

    The ideal candidate should have extensive knowledge of current editions NFPA 13, 14, 20, and 25. The candidate should be tech savy and open to implementing new processes to streamline record keeping and fire sprinkler inspections. This person would work closely with others in the department to ensure that system deficiencies are being estimated and sent back to the customer in a timely matter.

    Responsibilities

    • Implement processes to streamline fire sprinkler inspections and reports
    • Create and provide proposals for new and existing customers
    • Ensure that inspection reports are filed with the AHJ's in a timely matter
    • Schedule inspections with customers
    • Order material and relay project information for service work and deficiencies
    • Oversee inspectors

    Qualifications

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
    • Knowledge of NFPA 13, 14, 20, 24, 25 and Local Codes
    • Proficiency with the Compliance Engine and other local AHJ requirements
    • Creative problem solving
    • Detail oriented
    • Excellent time management and prioritization
    • Ability to perform a basic field survey
    • Good interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
    • Strong organizational skills
    • Demonstrated passion for continued learning
    • Possesses a sense of community and accountability
    • NICET II or III (Preferred) in Inspection and Testing of Water-Based Systems (or ASSE Equivalent)
    • WA ITT Certification
    • Basic knowledge of fire alarm systems and their components

    Design Manager

    This is a position for an experienced design manager.

    The ideal candidate should have exceptional leadership and communication skills. The individual will be responsible for maintaining and leading a group of designers, overseeing the design of multiple projects at any given time. An exceptional understanding of current NFPA 13, 14, 20, and related codes is a must.

    Responsibilities

    • Oversee and assist in creating detailed layouts of fire sprinkler systems
    • Manage multiple designers through multiple complex projects at any given time
    • Ensure our designs meet manufacturing, technical and customer expectations
    • Ensure that all design projects are completed within budget and timelines
    • Direct and develop new hires and implement training
    • Performing job site field surveys

    Qualifications

    • NICET Level III in WBSL
    • Proficiency in AutoCAD or Autosprink and Microsoft Office Suite
    • Creative problem solving
    • Detail oriented
    • Excellent time management and prioritization
    • Ability to perform a comprehensive field survey

    Estimator

    The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a solid working knowledge of water-based fire sprinkler systems and their functions. This person would be responsible for laying out and doing project take-offs to get accurate bids to customer.

    Responsibilities

    • Creating bid drawings
    • Manage multiple complex estimates at the same time
    • Ensure estimates meet code, customer expectations, and project specifications
    • Ensure that all estimates are completed and submitted on time
    • Performing job walks
    • Interacting with customers
